CompleteMSP is a managed service provider based in Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is intentionally short because the site collects very little.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect on this site is what you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, company name, and the message you write. We do not sell products online, and we do not ask for payment information.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the services you asked about. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. Contact-form messages are delivered to us through a third-party email provider (Resend), which processes the submission on our behalf so we receive it. Aside from that delivery, we share your information only when required by law.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, and no longer than necessary for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at info@completemsp.com and we will respond promptly.
