Before CompleteMSP, our founding team spent years inside the technology industry with a view most people never get: watching, at global scale, what actually happens when small businesses get hit. Thousands of them. The pattern was brutal in its consistency — the incidents that closed businesses for good were almost never sophisticated. They were preventable. Basic protections, never turned on. Insurance policies that wouldn't pay out. Nobody had ever told these businesses the truth about where they stood — because nobody was paid to.

We anchor on Microsoft because the security and productivity foundation already lives there — and we won't propose a third-party tool until we've shown you what Microsoft already does.
We tell you the truth about your environment.
Sometimes that's good news, sometimes it isn't. Either way you'll know exactly what you're working with — not a sanitized version designed to keep you comfortable.
We fix what we detect.
If our monitoring finds an issue, remediation is included. We don't bill extra to clean up problems we found ourselves.
We won't sell you what you don't need.
The category default is to layer on tools because that's where the margin is. We work the other way around — make what you already have work properly, then add only the modules you need.

Our team
Nearly everyone here has 20+ years in consulting or managed services — long enough to have seen every vendor fad arrive with a keynote and leave with a migration project. That's why we anchor on Microsoft and resist the add-on reflex: not because it's fashionable, but because we've watched what happens when businesses collect tools instead of fixing foundations. Operating as an LLC since 2018, under the CompleteMSP brand since 2024.
Where we are
Based in Huntsville, Alabama — a market that takes security and compliance seriously by default, adjacent to Redstone Arsenal and the broader aerospace and defense tech corridor. Most of our clients aren't local. Microsoft work doesn't depend on where you sit.
Where we're going
Building CompleteMSP into the firm small and mid-sized businesses think of first when they need Microsoft 365 done right and security taken seriously. Not the biggest MSP in the southeast — the most specific one.
